Shipping:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

• AJW is not responsible for shipping delays by carriers.

• Customer pays for shipping on returns and exchanges.

International Shipping

• All pricing is in USD and subject to change based on international rates.

• Customers are responsible for customs fees incurred for their country.

Pre-Orders:

• Many of our custom items are pre-orders since we do not have a warehouse for stocking inventory.

• Pre-orders will ship as soon as production is complete. We will update you on that as soon as we have the info!

• If part of your order is in stock and part is pre-order, we will ship it all together when the pre-order is ready. If you want to pay for shipping on the items separately we can split your order.

Lost Packages

• AJW cannot be responsible for any lost or abandoned packages.

• Please work with your carrier to locate and track down your missing package using the tracking information from your order.

• AJW is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Returns

• Should you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us and let us know the issue so we can be sure to help you with the best possible solution.

• We can only accept unworn, unused items that arrive back to us without any damage during shipping - please be sure your item(s) are well packaged and secured prior to mailing them back to AJW.

• AJW will accept returns that are post-marked within 15 days of Delivery.
